Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on every order — no minimums, no thresholds. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 8–15 business days
  • Canada: 8–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 8–15 business days
  • Australia: 8–15 business days
  • New Zealand: 8–15 business days

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment. If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@escapebynumbers.com.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are not included in the product price and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order. Escape by Numbers is not responsible for any additional charges, delays, or holds caused by customs.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and email them to support@escapebynumbers.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
